What candidates want?
Five years ago, benefits were top, today it’s culture and tomorrow it’s flexibility.
Our new study reveals that talent acquisition professionals can’t rely on what worked in the past when recruiting top talent today. Candidate expectations are shifting and organisations must adapt to the priorities and requirements of the modern-day candidate if they are to secure and retain top talent.
Other findings from report one include
- 75 percent of survey respondents reported that they use a contingent workforce on either a regular or as-needed basis.
- Sales jobs are the most difficult to recruit, followed by research and development positions and technology jobs
In the first instalment of this report series we show how shifting candidate priorities are impacting tomorrow’s organisational success and what you need to do to identify and retain people with the right skills in today’s dynamic business environment.
