      Ben Frost

      Ben Frost leads Korn Ferry's global Reward Products business, which delivers benchmark compensation data and associated services to thousands of clients in more than 110 countries. He has worked with many of the largest organisations in the world, to help them use data to get their reward right. Ben spent over ten years as Global Product Manager for pay data – overseeing the building and delivering of Korn Ferry's world-leading pay databases, and the product offerings that get the data into our clients' hands. He is a regular speaker at events and in the media, to get the Korn Ferry data and opinion into the public domain.
